Below you will find basic tips for filling out scholarship applications. Please remember that scholarships will be available as we receive them.

  • Students should apply only for the scholarships he/she is eligible for.

  • Complete the application in its entirety.

  • Read and follow all the instructions on the application.

  • Submit a neat and clean application. Usually typed or in black ink.

  • Write a well written essay that makes you stand out.

  • Request recommendation letters at least 2 weeks before you need them. Give plenty of time and thank the individual writing your recommendation.

  • Keep track and meet all scholarship deadlines.

  • If you are responsible for, mail the scholarship to the right address with the correct postage.

  • Have someone review the application materials.

  • If needed, ask for help!
