The Cross Country Teams opened their seasons on Saturday at the Jeremy Wright Small School Invitational at Blue River Memorial Park. Five of the six runners were first-time runners for TCHS. Notable finishers were Audrey Morris, who led the girls team, and Jason P’Pool, who led the boys team. Both teams head to Rushville this Saturday for the Rushville Invitational.

Students who apply during the Summer Cycle (July 1–September 1) and meet the minimum eligibility requirements will also be considered for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship.
The application includes:

Kick off the new school year with the Triton Central FFA! Join us Wednesday, August 19,from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at Knox Coen’s home for our FFA Chapter Kickoff. You do not have to be a current FFA member to attend—come see what FFA is all about, any questions, contact Mrs. Firebaugh.
It’s not too late to join the TC Sunshine Society! If you’re interested in helping us spread kindness and appreciation throughout our school, please email Mrs. Firebaugh by Thursday. Come help us spread a little sunshine at TC!
Reminder for all current National Honor Society members the first meeting will be Thursday Aug, 20th at 7:15 am in Mr. Yentes's room.
FCA will meet tonight at 7:15 pm at Boggstown Presbyterian for a meal and small group discussion. All TCHS students are welcome to attend. Tonight is also the final night to sign up for an FCA t-shirt for the 26-27 school year.

Interested in designing, building, coding, or driving a robot?
Come to the TCHS Robotics callout this Thursday, August 20th right after school in the Robotics room across from the construction room. No prior experience is necessary! We will teach you everything. Learn a new skill and compete for your school! If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Starost or Mrs. Roberts.
Dungeon and Dragons Club callout is Tuesday after school until 4:30PM in the art room.
